Board Members

Our Board is made up of a majority of independent directors and shareholder-nominated directors, all of whom bring the necessary skills and sector experience to assess risks and implement effective controls and mitigations. 

They share responsibility for the overall success of the business. This includes ensuring a strong, risk-based approach to five key areas: residents' wellbeing, finance, health and safety, asset management, and acquisitions.
