Gareth has over 40 years' experience in housing, predominantly social housing and at senior executive level or as a non-executive Board Member. His roles included executive responsibility for development, asset, and housing management for regional and national housing associations. He also spent 15 years in consultancy, advising boards and execs on a wide range of issues and leading change where required and taking a start-up business to a £30m multi-disciplinary practice.
