Working with Expert Partners

We work with Hyde Management Services to deliver day-to-day housing management services. Hyde is responsible for delivering front-line services to tenants, including lettings, repairs coordination, and tenancy support. Estate management is delivered by Rendall & Rittner.


However, we remain fully accountable for the standard of service our residents receive. Hyde Management Services and Rendall & Rittner act on our behalf, but the responsibility for customer care - and for upholding our values - rests firmly with us.
