Our governance function is focused on ensuring that we remain compliant with regulatory and legal requirements as we deliver services and expand our activities. We have developed a range of performance indictors to enable the Board to evidence the excellent customer service and to monitor ongoing economic and policy factors which could impact the business. A suite of financial reports and performance indictors enable the Board to assess our performance and financial position efficiently and further improve our ability to react quickly to market changes. 

We have adopted all aspects of best practice in corporate governance, including the NHF code of governance, and we aim to exceed these standards wherever possible.
